Round-the-clock service — we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We take advantage of the opportunities brought about by time-zone differences. Our customer can send jobs at the end of their business day and the job is done and completed according to specifications when they come to work in the morning.
English proficiency — our associates have English as their second language. They are able to understand and follow instructions in English with ease. Communication would never be a problem since most of them are proficient both orally and in writing.
Reasonable labor cost — many of our competitors in the Asian region offer a cheaper labor cost to customers abroad but with setbacks in communication, quality, and overall expertise. These setbacks add cost and consume the customers' time and budget. With us, customers get their money's worth without going over budget.

Jobs' availability — jobs are sent by our customers via Internet connection with our FTP server, through e-mail attachments, or courier shipping.
Quick response — customers are readily notified for any missing or unreadable pages on the jobs sent and queried on questionable materials or instructions. In page makeup, sample pages are created according to customer specifications and sent to customers for approval before a job is continued.
Strict internal control — finished jobs go through rigorous quality control. Discrepancies are noted and revisions made. Our quality control specialists make sure that the final form of every job is in accordance with the instructions and specifications of the customers before sent back.
Faster order fulfillment — in order to shorten the cycle time of completing a job, associates tasked to do the jobs are categorized depending on the degree of difficulty of the jobs. New jobs are discussed to minimize errors and production time. Dynamic production lines are created tailored specifically to jobs to increase availability of resources and quick turn-around of jobs.
On-the-dot schedules — turnaround schedules of jobs are strictly monitored and resources dynamically allocated to make sure that the original schedules are never deviated upon.
We maintain a pool of hardworking, dedicated, efficient and skilled workers. Almost all of our associates are college graduates. Extensive IQ exams, proofreading, speed test, and proficiency tests must first be passed before anyone can join us.
Applicants admitted for employment go through a six-month apprenticeship that includes orientation, data entry/keyboarding; depending on capabilities, they are further trained on page lay-out, artwork illustration and data conversion before they are regularized.
All our associates are computer literate and are capable to handle various programs used in the process. Most are proficient in the English language so communication with customers will never be a problem. A monthly measure of productivity, which is the basis of their evaluation and productivity bonus, encourage them to hone their skills further.
