Round-the-clock service - We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the Philippines. We take advantage of the opportunities brought about by time-zone differences. Our customer can send jobs at the end of their business day and the job is done and completed according to specifications when they come to work in the morning.

English proficiency - Our associates understand English clearly and effectively. They are able to understand and follow instructions in English with ease.  Communication is never a problem working with our proficient staff.

Reasonable labor cost – We deliver exceptional work with inexpensive laber costs without setbacks in communication, quality, and overall expertise.  With ASI, customers get their money's worth within budget.

OUR CAPACITY

TECHNOLOGY

We use the most current available technology to streamline communication with our customers and facilitate speedy receipt and transfer of jobs.  And our associates use the best applications for each job, including QuarkXpress and InDesign.  For batch pagination, we utilize a Miles 33 Unix system, assuring the fastest service and reliability.

PROCESSES

Launch - Jobs are sent by our customers via an Internet connection with our FTP server, through e-mail attachments, or courier shipping.  Large customers have the option of their own server at our facility in the Philippines.

Quick response - Customers are quickly notified of any missing or unreadable pages on the jobs sent and queried on questionable materials or instructions.  In page makeup, sample pages are created according to customer specifications and sent to customers for approval before a job is continued.

Strict internal control - Finished jobs go through rigorous quality control. Discrepancies are noted and revisions made. Our quality control specialists make sure that the final form of every job is in accordance with the instructions and specifications of the customers.

Faster order fulfillment - In order to shorten the cycle time of completing a job, associates tasked to do the jobs are categorized depending on the degree of difficulty of the jobs. New jobs are discussed to minimize errors and production time. Dynamic production lines are created tailored specifically to jobs to increase availability of resources and quick turn-around of jobs.

Strict adherance to schedules - Turnaround schedules of jobs are strictly monitored and resources dynamically allocated to make sure that the original schedules are successfully met.

 

OUR EMPLOYEES

In our Philippines operation, we maintain a pool of hardworking, dedicated, efficient and skilled workers. Most of our associates are college graduates. Extensive IQ exams, proofreading, speed, and proficiency tests are administered to all job applicants.

Our associates participate in a six-month apprenticeship that includes orientation and data entry/keyboarding.  As their experience grows, they are further trained in page layout, artwork illustration and data conversion.  At ASI, there is a clear career path that has proven effective in assuring employee retention.
